Lack of choice for food. Had the worst excuse for a 'garden vegetable' sandwich (1 browning piece of romaine, 1 slice of tomato and 1 slice of cucumber with freezer burn on what looked like a ciabatta but crumbled like into clumps of dust) from a small Tim Hortons countet near the gate - a remote outpost of yyz terminal 3.
