These trains come at intervals of 15 minutes. Gatwick Express takes approximately 30 minutes to get to the airport, so don't worry - you will get to the airport on time! Plan your journey well to catch your flight from London to Zurich.
As an alternative, you can use a coach. The National Express coach is found at Victoria Coach Station. They leave in 30 minute intervals, with an approximate driving time of one hour and twenty minutes.
