Direction signs could be better.
Extortionate parking fees plus building work road closures and no signs as to how to get out.
the gatwick staff are not interested in concerning passengers but once we got through customs the air line staff was great
Horrible, just awful. It seems like they have started renovating some time ago, and have been going ever since. It is busy, hot and tight, as half the space was boarded off, with no signs alerting passengers to closed space. We walked a couple of flights of stairs with bags, only to be told to go back as there was no access. And, on the way back, we were welcomed by huge queues at passport control, because families with children u12 were not allowed to go through e-gates.
