Opodo itself needs to Vastly improve telephone service and then not tell untruths to customers as happened with me. The bullshit will stay with you, build up and lose you revenue. Good way to lose goodwill and customers.

£3 for drop off sets the tone and that too is drop off is a 10 minute walk from the terminal.
