Opodo itself needs to Vastly improve telephone service and then not tell untruths to customers as happened with me. The bullshit will stay with you, build up and lose you revenue. Good way to lose goodwill and customers.
Overall the airport is getting better with the redevelopments
£3 for drop off sets the tone and that too is drop off is a 10 minute walk from the terminal.
This is the first time i have ever used Easyjet and it will definitely be the last My return flight from Tel Aviv Flight no EZY2084 was delayed 1 hour 15 minutes on landing at Luton there was a malfunction with the luggage carousel which led to a further 35 minute delay, by the time i arrived at the check in for my flight to Glasgow i was to late and unable to board the aircraft, which led to a extra nights stay in Luton at the cost of £100.00 and i also had to pay a further £110.00 for the flight to Glasgow the next morning On trying to contest this with Easyjet personnel i was told it was my fault because i missed my flight as i have stated previously i would never use Easyjet again, and will dissuade any other from using your service compared to British Airways my usual choice of travel i found Easyjet staff unprofessional and scruffy in appearance
Why on earth do I need to go through a shop on the way to my gate?!!
