Very poor information and handling of a 2hr delay by South African airways The alternative flight suggested would have arrived 12 hrs later and require two flight very unreasonable for a young child We weren’t given the option of changing the flight at all
In last two years have flown long haul with JAL Virgin and Emirates. This flight with BA for which we paid extra to fly premium economy was by far the worst. Would not fly BA again unless there was no other choice
What an audacity asking about my trip to London when the flight was cancelled. All I ask now is for a refund please. I doubt I shall fly again! Would be far ni er to travel by railroad. To the city. British Airways is a disgrace in every sense of the word. What I have written is enough said ....return journey was as much as a nightmare ...flight delayed....3 times.not easy when one uses crutches...it was more of a struggle than a pleasure.
Insufficient time allocated for transfer at Heathrow. Absolute min required is 2 hours with comfortable time 3 hours on return. Will never travel Virgin Atlantic again felt like cattle on a money making conveyor belt. Never had to pay to prebook my seats and I travel long haul min 3 times year. No free travel/ comfort packs insufficient drinking water available for passengers.
Very bad experience I had 2 suite cases to travel to Ghana but was I told coming back I did not have suite case so I was made to borrow money to pay $60. Then sat in a sit close to a very large passenger where I was unable to move on a 6hours flight from Ghana not even my arms. I have been in a lots of pains in my back and arms taking regular pain relief. I have to see my doctor as the pain is so bad. I shouldn't be treated this way as I paid a lot for my ticket.
