We booked return flights and the hotel with you in one transaction for which you charged us immediately. However you were then unable to confirm the flight out which was the following day leaving us with a hotel and a flight home but no means of getting there. We phoned your helpline where the service or lack of that we received was indescribably bad. Three times my wife and I phoned them and on each occasion were left waiting for a senior manager to talk to us. We waited 40 minutes 32 minutes and 24 minutes each time before hanging up because we were fed up of both waiting and the music. It was obvious we had just been put on hold because our query was too difficult to deal with. Eventually we booked a flight out direct with EasyJet. We still await the refund from you for the flight out we never got. Absolutely disgraceful.
