Ryan air stopped my friend taking on board her cabn bag although she d had no trouble with this exact bag on other airlines She had to pay £20 to put it in the hold but again on return (JET 2 ) it was accepted

I paid £25 pounds to add 10kg to my luggage and I was made to pay an extra £50 when going through the gates. This was despite showing my proof. I am pregnant and when coming back my flight was delayed for 3 hours. I had 3 young children and this was very stressful. on arrival our luggage took so long to come we ended up paying extra for parking.
