Return flight was rescheduled by 24hr’s due to fog. Ground staff in Jersey made a mess of finding hotels promising the hotels we would be there in half an hour - so they kept kitchens open and we were not taken to hotels for 3 hours. Poor arranging of coach transport to hotel - coach was too small for all the rescheduled passengers. Pick up from hotels to catch rescheduled flights did not happen until too late everyone had had to make their own taxi arrangements with great difficulties and shortages of available taxis to get there by the time required to do new bookings. Not a good experience all round.
