On 2nd January 2018 my partner I and my cousin had a flight booked from Amsterdam to London Luton on flight number VY8404 unfortunately we missed this flight as a result of your lack of staff at the check-in desk. I was absolutely astounded to see that there was only one lady managing the Vueling check-in desk who was also checking in 3 different flights that were ten minutes apart. I am aware that the lady at the desk was doing her best but feel this is completely unacceptable. I am also aware that I can book in online but unfortunately those services were unavailable to me and therefore assumed that I could use the services that would be provided at the airport but once again due to your lack of staffing we were unable to check in even though we had arrived with sufficient time and in turn missed my connections in London.
