I almost lost the flight. They kept me and my son alot of time checking and scanning us, they scared my son and he was crying all the time we stayed there. After that the luggage as well, they took out every perfume and scan it , asked for my passport and check in again .. awful!

people from check in desk refuse to give us extra room seats. they said the seats are sold..... surprise !!! ...nobody booked those seats ...all of them empty...desapointing

After landing had to wait more than 30 minutes. We were told that nobody can leave the plane till the police will arive. Nobody told us the reason. Because of this I had problems with my connections. This happened when I arrived to Bucharest. When I came back because of the delay I lost my coach from the airport.
