what a busy place .... singe could be improved confusing messaged go to check in 13 flight from gate 13 also .... could have done with a clearer message to get to boarder control where there was quite a bottle neck forming fairly large queues ... no shops after boarder control encouraging people to stay in shopping and caf? areas ---- getting through initial gates was a slow process before bag checking / scanning , because we had kids the gate was chaos as other passengers were freely going through other gates at speed we just sat in a static queue and kept having late passengers ushered in front of us ... very annoying
