Indigo is great and compares well with European budget carriers and better than some (Ryanair). Worth knowing that if you are connecting to/from an international flight within 24 hrs you get an extra baggage allowance than the standard 15kg and 7kg

Seating uncomfortable. Cabin crew so slow in serving drinks etc. We were in row 3 and didn't get a drink for just over 1.5 hours!!!

I missed the flight due to Air India delayed inbound.I went to your counter and the wanted to charge me more to book again to Chandigarh.However I took the Bus and was not happy with the offer you made me.However I have booked another flight with you on 11March@ 6.45 to Dubai.Hooefully you can resolve the previous flight matter. Had to wait over 12 hours in the departure lounge due to my flight being canceled. IndiGo provided no food hotel. After I was promised by staff I would be provided accommodation.
Absolutely awful experience. Was left on the runway for 4 hours and the flight was then cancelled. Was not given any information for the whole time and was repeateadly told that we would be taking off in “ten minutes”. After being told to leave the plane due to the flight being cancelled I then had to purchase myself another ticket with Emirates airline which cost me an excess of £400. To make matters worst indiGO have now lost my checked suitcase meaning that I have been in Dubai for nearly 3 days with no luggage. Absolutely awful experience I will be seeking major compensation!
