Very good there may be some additions you could make but I can’t think of any.
I was happy with the experience overall. I was very happy with the space I had when sitting down. I had plenty of leg room and I had personal space too. The head stewardess didn’t have a genuine attitude which bothered me when I asked for food so I did feel unease. Apart from that everything else was as expected. Frequent updates from the pilot during the journey

A long time waiting for gate information takes you right upto when the gate is going to close - if this can be improved ?
Was. disappointed to find I could have got the same flights £20pp on the actual EasyJet website
Southend airport dirty and disorganized
The flights did not run with the train times but that was probably my fault
Your price was over a third more than elsewhere.When we tried for a refund within 24 hours we found your company very unhelpful.At the time of ordering we were told you had a price match guarantee.In view of this we will not use you again unless you refund the difference.Robert Goddard.
Booked priority for both flights but only realised on trying to get on the flight out with Easy jet that we only had it on the return. We had to frantically fit everything in to one bag each while a man shouted at us that we'd be charged £50 each if we didn't. Terrible experience on return with drunk adults letting small feral children crawl over seats and they were just sold more alcohol.
We did not go to Spain. Cancelled ourselves so cannot claim on insurance
