London has four airports offering international flights. Direct flights and connections to Tbilisi operate from two of them, London Gatwick (LGW) and London Heathrow (LHR).

The only direct route to Tbilisi from London operates from Gatwick airport. Gatwick is the UK's second busiest airport, and is around 30 miles south of Central London.
How to get to the airport:
- By train – there are as many as four Gatwick Express trains per hour from London Victoria station. Journey time 30 minutes.
- By bus – A3 Airport Shuttle from Victoria Coach station, every 30 minutes, 24/7. Journey time around one hour and 30 minutes.
- By car – Gatwick is conveniently located less than two miles from the M23 motorway. There are both short and long stay car parks on site.
Services: Both of Gatwick's two terminals have a wide range of restaurants, bars, and shops. Free Wi-Fi, showers, children's play areas, bureau de change. Business services and airport lounges at an additional charge.
Useful information about London Heathrow
If you choose a flight path connecting through another city on your way to Tbilisi, your journey may start at the UK's largest airport, Heathrow. Heathrow has four passenger terminals and is located to the west of London.
How to get to the airport:
- By Tube – There is a 24 hour Piccadilly Line service between central London and Heathrow. Journey time 50 minutes.
- By train – four Heathrow Express trains per hour from London Paddington at peak times. Journey time 15 minutes.
- By bus – Departs from Victoria coach station. Journey time 40 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic.
