Ryanair is charging you for little things. I have to fligjt separate from my husband and I had so many extras even to travel.with a 10kg bag.

I had the worst trip experience ever.Please make sure you change the way the customers enter the date of birth of the teenagers as the system say that after a certain age he is consider as an adult and they are not .That caused me lots of problems its not the first time and the major problem its that you want to tell your problem to someone and all the contact numbers provided didn't work so I couldn't emend the date of birth from my son because the telephone numbers provided were not working .I have paid for insurance and I want to complain . The money that I spent I could had plan another holidays its ridiculous.

The flight was over an hour delayed. We were instructed we had to queue up at the baggage drop with our non-proirty booking only to be told when we eventually got to the front there was no need for us to have queued
