If booking tickets together then seats should be together shouldn't have to pay to sit together really bad esp when there were two seats available together.
we had good flights out with ||Ryan and home with easyjet.priority security at stanstead well worth it.minor hick up with Prague be useful to know they do security at boarding gate . and hicup on which gate was going to be used.
Flight late coming back
Be prepared that Stanstead airport is not that proficient with regard to organisation. In respect toward incoming passport control and
Checking in at Stanstead a farce - stood in line to check in when got to the front desk there was a small sign indicating that the line we had been standing in was for business class passengers - was duly dismissed by a sour faced check in lady. Had to re cue then the check in lady on business class advised passengers in her line that she wasn't checking them in and that they could join the normal cue but from the front - creating great consternation and then arguments between passengers. the second check in lady was equally as miserable as the first! flight crew service was brusk and definitely service without a smile. Safety procedures were demonstrated in a manner that projected sheer boredom - passenger service skills need developing and promoting. Checking in procedures need to be revised.
Usual 'cattle roundup' experience typical of budget airlines. Announcements on aircraft almost unintelligible.
Ryanair was its usual cheap and nasty self. Wizz was a lot worse if that is possible
Simply an airline that tries to squeeze every last penny from your pocket! Forced to sit separately from your family/friends unless you pay for the privilege? For someone who doesnt like flying RyanAir make it a far less enjoyable experience. Only allowing to exit from the back of the plane again forcing the 'less privileged' people that dont want to pay for front seats to wait to get off the plane. DISGRACEFUL COMPANY
Flights were not cancelled due to the coronavirus. I've loft nearly 700 pound now
Next time I'd definitely pay more for a direct flight instead of waiting around to transfer and with airlines that don't have dodgy restrictions with bags and make you pay and pay extras (yes you Ryanair)
Ryan Air deliberately Split up couples families just their algorithm. Plenty of spares seats around but book you apart. Will not be flying with them again
