My flights were with 2 different airlines but I was delighted to find that my 1st flight which was with Latam and my 2nd fligth which was with Interjet somehow co-ordinated that my luggage went straight through to my destination. Excellent service! I was delighted!!!!!
Amazing staff . Friendly professional and caring
I was unhappy with the additional price charge for my hold luggage. Others on the same fligh purchased through a different agent did not have to pay for up to 20 k of hold baggage.
Our experience was good and the flights were on time. However, food provided on the flight is a shame. There are no sides, no bread, and a very limited and small portion for an adult. It's better to say that the company will not provide food, so we will be prepared.
No drinks offered and cabin crew didn't seem interested.

Absolutely rubbish! Rather than send stuff trying to upsell how about some useful information about what I might need for the flight like a yellow fever certificate. If you’ve got programmes clever enough to tell me I might want a car or hotel or something surely they can say I WILL need this document Thanks for the opportunity to visit Chile and spend an extra $1000 to get to where needed to be And don’t bother pointing to your disclaimer... it’s generic

Very poor. My suitcase was 'lost' en route. Six days after my arrival in Balmaceda, it arrived.
