Today, Air Transat boasts a fleet of 30 airplanes which transport more than 2.5 million passengers a year, their most popular destination naturally being Air Transat flights to Canada. Good flight. Nice experience. Look forward to travel again
The room for each seat is gradually declining. I have quite long legs and seeing as my bag was taking up some of the room under the chair in front of me as well as into the foot well (it is not a large bag only a rucksack) there was very limited room for my feet to move about.
We were unable le to board the flight to begin with as we were not Canadian residents and announcement was made regarding this two days after booking the flight. Please can you help us go about getting a refund for this?
Flight attendants on the return flight were terrible - ignored requests and condescending when asked about the food provided.
