Aircrews were amazing
price was good. all flights on time. flight staff generally good had one leg of flight where was completely ignored requested a coffee and it never came. was offered 1 drink throughout flight.
Air craft was broken down in Entebbe. They didn't give us the option to move to an other airline (KLM of Turkish) and forced the passangers to stay for 24 hours in Entebbe. As I had commitments in Europe I bought another ticket from KLM at 1.200 Euro. What can I recover from Quatar airways?
YOU TOOK DOUBLE THE AMOUNT FROM MY BANK AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT YOU TO GET IT BACK BUT YOU ARE NOT RESPONDING. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!
Very enjoyable flights both ways.
The flight to Doha was over 1 hour leaving Heathrow, No comment from the flight deck for the last 45 minutes, this is not acceptable. I missed my connecting flight which made me arrive in Muscat 1.5 hours late.
Excellent food/drinks. Entertainment good. Not much legroom on some planes.
Qatar airways and it's staff are efficient and made my travel less stressful
great flight. however, no toiletries provided on flight from manchester to doha. some flight crew are grumpy especially the chinese.
Loved the new airline 787.
All flights were punctual. Service on QR1 from DOH- LHR was absolutely terrible. Had to plead for food from stewards as they just gave up with the service. They then had the audacity to say that I had been asleep, despite me working on my laptop through the flight. My first time flying with Qatar and it will be my last.
Flight was good. Food is not quite bad but should be more considerable for choosing food.
The flight itself was okay, but I must confess that the meals served were really below par. I would have been happier having snacks rather than what was passed off as meals.
