They rescheduled my flight and I came back one day later than expected
It may be beneficial to flag up when booking the flight I booked required a full visa, because there was a layover in Shanghai for one hour at the airport before flying to Tokyo, the 72 hour travel without visa authority was void, i phoned Opoda and China Eastern airlines but no answer . The staff at check in were near useless and unhelpful and due to all this I lost all of my flights and hotel booking, which cost me £640, it has spoilt my holiday as was travelling to Beijing and then on to Tokyo. Opoda should have a 24 hour helpline to assist their customers and maybe this situation would not have happend
